Accommodation possibilities and booking

The conference participants will have the chance to stay in the Minoa Palace Hotel (conference venue), where a limited number of rooms has been reserved (until 20/08/2016) for the days 16-22 September 2016), as well as in nearby hotels where rooms have been reserved too (see info below).

(NOTE: the availability in the Minoa Palace Hotel is close to zero for the night of 22 September  – but this is a nice chance to spent the last night of the conference inside Chania, enjoying the city life and being closer to the airport.)

USEFUL NOTE: The conference venue hotel and the other big hotels in the area collaborate with all big international travel agencies.  Thus you may have the chance arranging your accommodation through a travel agency to achieve a full “vacation package” with better prices and extended availability.
